02About Hess Consultancy Services

Hess Consultancy Services is an independent sales, consulting, and connection network that helps clinics, med spas, telehealth companies, and other healthcare operators identify and work with pharmacy partners. We are not a pharmacy, do not dispense medication, do not practice medicine, and do not independently diagnose, prescribe, or provide patient care. All medications are fulfilled by licensed 503A or 503B facilities, and all clinical decisions remain with licensed healthcare professionals.

03Eligibility and professional responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. Providers and businesses are responsible for maintaining all required licenses, registrations, prescribing relationships, authorizations, and compliance obligations. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

04No medical advice

Website content is for general business and informational purposes only. It is not medical, pharmacy, legal, or regulatory advice and does not create a clinician-patient, pharmacist-patient, attorney-client, agency, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship. 05Pharmacy relationships and availability

Pharmacy availability, pricing, fulfillment timing, geographic coverage, medication availability, eligibility, and specific services may vary and remain subject to partner policies, professional judgment, supply, and applicable law. We do not guarantee acceptance by, or performance of, any pharmacy partner.

06SMS and electronic communications

When you voluntarily provide contact details, you may receive email or other transactional communications relating to your inquiry or business relationship. Text messages are governed by the separate Mobile Terms of Service and require your affirmative opt-in where applicable. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
