Mobile terms of service.
Clear disclosures for text messages sent by Hess Consultancy Services.
01Program description
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS or MMS messages from Hess Consultancy Services regarding onboarding, account activity, prescription-status coordination, prior-authorization updates, stock checks, appointment or service reminders, and support communications. Promotional messages will be sent only where separately authorized and permitted.
02Consent and enrollment
Enrollment requires an affirmative action, such as checking an unchecked consent box and submitting your mobile number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and are authorized to enroll it.
03Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, account activity, and service needs.
04Charges
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges may apply to messages we send and messages you send to us.
05Opt out
You may also use recognized opt-out keywords such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. You can opt in again through a new affirmative request.
06Help
Reply HELP for assistance, email assistant@hessconsultancyservices.com, or call 505-604-6396.
07Privacy
Our collection and use of information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except service providers acting on our behalf to deliver the program as permitted by law.
08Delivery and carrier disclaimer
Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change. You are responsible for keeping your mobile number current and notifying us if it is reassigned.
09Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Do not send protected health information, urgent medical requests, or emergency information by standard text message. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
10Changes and contact
We may modify or terminate the messaging program or these terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, where required, additional notice. Questions can be directed to assistant@hessconsultancyservices.com or 505-604-6396.
