01Introduction
Hess Consultancy Services (“Hess,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website, contact us, or use our clinic and pharmacy coordination services.
Hess Consultancy Services is an independent connection network and does not dispense medication directly. Medications are fulfilled by properly licensed 503A or 503B pharmacy facilities.
02Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, mobile number, practice or business address, professional role, NPI or license information, clinic details, communication preferences, and the content of your inquiries. We may also maintain records of calls, emails, and text messages with our team.
03Website data and cookies
When you use our website, we may automatically receive standard technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages visited, and interaction data. We may use cookies or similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, understand usage, and improve performance. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
04How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries; verify professional credentials; evaluate and support provider or pharmacy relationships; facilitate healthcare coordination and pharmacy services on behalf of our partners; send prescription status, prior authorization, stock, onboarding, account, or service updates; maintain business records; protect our operations; and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
05Health information
Do not submit protected health information or patient-identifiable information through public website forms. Patient-specific prescription and pharmacy information should be transmitted only through approved pharmacy, prescriber, or secure communication channels. When information is handled for a covered partner, the partner’s privacy practices and applicable healthcare privacy laws may also apply.
06Information sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that support our website, communications, credential verification, onboarding, security, compliance, or business operations; to pharmacy or healthcare partners when needed to fulfill your request; or when required by law, regulation, subpoena, licensing authority, or to protect rights and safety.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers acting on our behalf to deliver the messaging program as permitted by law.
07SMS and mobile communications
If you separately opt in to text messages, we may send service-related alerts such as onboarding updates, prescription-status notifications, prior-authorization updates, stock checks, account alerts, and support communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
08Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information in our care. No website, email, text message, or electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, our legal and business obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements.
09Your choices
You may ask to review or correct your contact information, stop non-essential email communications, or withdraw SMS consent by replying STOP. Depending on applicable law and the nature of the request, you may also have rights to request access, deletion, or correction. Some records may be retained for legal, compliance, security, or legitimate business purposes.
